In further demonstration of their loyalty, understanding, and commitment to the Clan, Officers are expected to uphold the virtues of respect, friendship, tolerance, fairness, inclusion, fun, and maturity in their conduct and actions in the community. Recruitment Officer (RO) Reporting to a PO or XO, RO’s are responsible for meeting Clan on-boarding goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the TeamSpeak interview process, issuing invitations, and accepting applications, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. In order to memorialize their activities, RO’s will document all on-boarding attempts that reach the TeamSpeak interview level in the Recruiter Forum Category regardless of outcome. RO’s will be notified of billets opening before inactive members are removed from the Clan so that they can spend that time finding members to fill those billets. As RO’s may have to fill a lot of slots in one week, they are exempt from all box requirements as needed. All RO’s must report the names and number of people they have successfully recruited to the Clan Personnel Director. Any RO who does not complete the task assigned to them is subject to a demotion.
